"a million faces none familiar" is the third Chillhop / Instrumental Lo-Fi release by guitarist and producer lately lui. Delving further into jazzy harmonics and delicate melodies, each track captures a raw emotion together with background ambient of life in a modern city. Even as instrumental tracks, the first four songs present a remedy for the powerful emotions of disconnection and solitude, while in the centre of millions of people. Track no. 5 "Walk Away", featuring the beautiful and delicate voice of vocalist and songwriter Hannah Lindner, deals with the broken pieces left behind after a close persons suicide. No matter how disconnected we feel, our lives are more intertwined than we think.
